How to move the hard drive to another computer

For friends fellow computer technician would often find mainboard (mabo) were damaged, and sometimes have to replace it with a new mabo not ?. Usually after we replace it with a new mabo, windows xp her sometimes even not work (blue screen appears), is due to differences in mabo chipset old with the new. Here's a little trick to move the hard drive to another computer that is different chipset, and also can be used for many different types of computers, also could be used for cloning into any pc.

Before you move the hard drive to another computer in the device manager make 

IDE ATA/ATAPI Controller :

• Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller.

System Devices :

• PCI bus.
• PCI standard host CPU bridge.
• PCI standard ISA bridge.

1. Right-click My Computer and select Properties, or open the control panel and then pilihSystem, then click the Hardware tab and then the Device Manager

2. Then make sure the "IDE ATA / ATAPI Controller" driver set to be "Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller". and the "System Devices" be sure to use "PCI bus", "PCI standard host CPU bridge" and "PCI standard ISA bridge"

3. Shutdown / turn off the computer and the hard drive is ready to be moved / cloned to other computers.
